A photographer in Norway hiked up a popular cliff there earlier this week, and snapped a photo of some parents letting their baby crawl RIGHT next to the edge . . . just so THEY could get a cool photo of her. Fortunately, the baby did NOT fall off the cliff.

The drop off the cliff is 2,000 feet straight down, there's no railing, and if you fall, you DIE. The tourist association that manages the cliff won't put a fence up because it would ruin the views and the experience.

This artist took some samples of artists from YouTube and made a song out of it. Pretty impressive if you think about it and the song isn't too bad either.

We do a LOT for our pets. But do FISH count?

Last week, a couple in Melbourne, Australia noticed their pet goldfish George was having trouble breathing. And their other fish were picking on him.

George is ten years old. So you'd THINK their first instinct would be to send him to the porcelain tank. Instead, they took him to the VET. He saw that George had a massive TUMOR on one of his gills. And by "massive", I mean it was about the size of a grape. For a three-ounce goldfish, that's pretty big.

And he told George's owners that it would be risky . . . but for $200, he could try to perform a potentially life-saving operation and REMOVE the tumor. And they went for it.

The vet laid George out on a table, fed him water through a tube that was spiked with an anesthetic to knock him out, and started cutting. And we're happy to report that the 45-minute surgery was a complete success.

George is now back home in his tank recovering.

Coca-Cola is bringing back a cult classic from the 90's. After a large online campaign, Coca-Cola is going to make Surge available online via Amazon. This is the first time they have done an online only product like this. If this is successful then who knows what we may get back.

Crystal Pepsi?
Just kidding. No one wants that back.

Paris Hilton knows how to spend money and her latest purchase: a $13,000 Pomeranian puppy! The five-month old puppy is currently six centimeters high and will weigh only two pounds when he is fully grown.

She hasn't released the new dog's name yet, but she is receiving some "hate" posts on her Instagram account from people who are outraged that she would spend that much on a dog when shelters are full of dogs that need a home. It's still a pretty stinkin' cute dog. You can see her entire entourage in the video below.

16 year old Draven Rodriguez of Upstate New York is upset that this masterpiece won't be counted as his official Schenectady High School Yearbook Photo. Instead of the usual headshot he just wants this one of him and his cat Mr. Bigglesworth, with lasers in the background. (Personally we can't blame him. This is pretty awesome).

The school says that this would be "Obviously different from the others" and that photos should be "professional-type head shots" that demonstrate "consistency and decorum of the section." This looks pretty professional to me.

The school says it can be in the yearbook but not in the offical headshot section. Rodriguez is starting a petition.

The "Apparently" kid, Noah Ritter. He's the kid who was huge on YouTube last month after he couldn't stop saying the world "apparently" during a local news interview. Yesterday, he did an interview on "Ellen". Someone give this kid his own show. Seriously.

1. Stand or sit up straight, and then relax. The idea is you want to have good posture, but not look tense.

2. Lean in toward the camera a little. Not WAY in, or you'll look weird. But doing it a little gives you some energy.

3. Look away, then turn and smile just in time for the photo. It prevents you from ending up with that "fake" smile look on your face.

4. Look straight into the lens. It's tempting to look at the screen. But when you do that, it can end up looking like you didn't quite know where the camera was.

Bonus: Long arms (if you can't make your arms grow a selfie stick will greatly improve your selfie game)

Also you can use your ear buds to snap the pic. Trust us. This helps a lot!

Now that fall is finally here, we can move past the most boring movie summer ever and look forward to the rest of the year - which looks promising as far as new movies are concerned. Of course, there is "Mockingjay: Part One," the next chapter in "The Hunger Games" movies, and "Gone Girl," the movie version of Gillian Flynn's bestseller starring Ben Affleck.

But there are several other movies that should be on your fall radar. (THis list is complements of the Portland Press Herald. It seems to be the most complete.)

You've probably quoted a line or two from "The Princess Bride" once or twice in your life. It's one of our favorite movies! Now, "Westley" - aka Cary Elwes - has written a memoir titled "As You Wish: Inconceivable Tales from the Making of The Princess Bride." There are plenty of never-before-told stories from the set like Elwes broke his big toe while riding an ATV between scenes, the final kiss scene took six takes, and Billy Crystal improvised almost all his lines as Miracle Max. So cool!

We have gotten a lot of texts from people saying that their data usage has skyrocketed recently and they can't figure out why. One possible (and very likely) reason is facebook's AUTOPLAY function. When you scroll past a video it will start playing which is annoying and eats up your data. Here's how you turn it off.

For iPhone Users:

Step 1 - Go to Settings

Step 2 - Find Facebook

Step 3 - Go To Settings

Step 4 - Find the AutoPlay Setting

Step 5 - Now You Can Choose On, Wifi Only, or Off

For Android Users:

1. Bring up the Facebook app
2. Click App Settings
3. Chose Auto-Play only on Wifi or Off

On the Computer:

1. Go to Settings (Under the Arrow)
2. Click on Videos

3. Pick On or Off

31-year-old Brandy Allen of Fayetteville, Arkansas went to the mall with a friend on Labor Day, and decided to shoplift a ton of eye makeup from a cosmetics store.

Her friend tried to distract the employees by asking questions, while Brandy grabbed handfuls of eye shadow without even looking at the prices, colors, or labels . . . which makes sense when you see her mugshot.

But their master plan didn't work, and the manager called the police. When a cop and the manager confronted Brandy, she said she HADN'T stolen the makeup.

And to prove it was hers, she started swearing, opening the containers, and smearing the tops to make them look used . . . right in front of them. (???) THAT obviously didn't work, so she was arrested.

And her mugshot after the arrest is great . . . because she's CLEARLY obsessed with slathering on enormous amounts of eye shadow. Her eyes have huge arcs of purple, blue, and pink above them.

She's facing charges for shoplifting and disorderly conduct. Her friend got away.
