Robin Williams' fans spontaneously turned the "Good Will Hunting" bench in Boston into a memorial.
After hearing that Robin Williams had passed away yesterday, 29-year old Boston resident Nick Rabchenuk went to the Boston Public Gardens. He wanted to bring flowers to the famous bench where Williams sits with Matt Damon in "Good Will Hunting."
Rabchenuk tells Buzzfeed that when he arrived, there were two guys sitting on the bench and they all started talking about Williams. He says he got out some chalk and his girlfriend wrote the "BANGARANG and Ferngully line." Then, he traced his feet to represent where Robin sat on the bench.
Rabchenuk told Buzzfeed, "That one scene on the bench is arguably one of the best scenes of any movie made in the last 50 years. It's so simple and straightforward, it just hits you right in the gut."
Enjoy one of Robin Williams' most memorable scenes. We will remember you always, Robin.
